A PWA (Progressive Web App) designed to digitize the management of Transportation Documents (DDT) through the digitization of signatures, integrated with the Passepartout Mexal management system.
SignDDT makes the process of signing DDTs more efficient and automated, both at the point of sale (at the counter) and during direct deliveries to customers or at worksites with autonomous transport, allowing processes to be digitized, reducing costs and ensuring a centralized and secure archive, simplifying operations and keeping everything at hand.
The Features of SignDDT
The WebApp interfaces seamlessly with the Passepartout Mexal management system, allowing DDTs to be received in PDF format and cross-referencing additional information such as operator, document type, etc.. Once the document has been acquired, the operator has two operating modes to best manage the digital signature:
1. Immediate signature at the headquarters
Perfect for “over-the-counter” transactions, this mode allows you to quickly obtain the customer’s signature directly at the point of sale. Ideal for immediate transactions, this option allows DDTs to be instantly confirmed and filed, simplifying on-site management. You can locate the device where the DDT to be signed will automatically appear
2. Management of delivery lists
Designed for operations that make direct deliveries to customers or construction sites, this mode enables the creation of lists of documents to be signed during delivery. The operator can thus manage all digital signatures directly in the field, improving the efficiency of operations and ensuring that documentation is always up-to-date and ready for recording.
Using an intuitive interface, the operator can locate the document and have it digitally signed using a mobile device. The signature is entered directly into the PDF, which is then automatically sent to Mexal management as a signed version and stored digitally in the Docuvision system.
After digital signature, the system immediately archives the DDT, making it accessible to the administration. It can also email the signed document to the customer and, if necessary, to predefined recipients. In addition, there is an option to automatically print a preset number of hard copies.
