Who/What
All aspects relating to the design and creation of websites are managed by Over’s ITC Division
Cover Scriba, headed by Angelo Spazzoli, our CTO, who brings decades of experience in the sector. Each project stems
from its technical and strategic vision, ensuring high standards at every stage.
Know How
From graphic design to online publication, we support our customers every step of the way. Our expertise
in programming languages allows us to develop projects from scratch or to use the most suitable CMS, such as our
proprietary CMS, or widely tested platforms such as WordPress or PrestaShop. This ability to adapt

Company Web
We specialize in creating websites for professionals and SMEs. We analyze the customer’s needs
to create the most suitable website, so that it becomes the best calling card for the customer’s business. Each site is designed
to be accessible from any device and optimally indexed, meeting the latest standards in design and
functionality.
E-commerce
In addition to creating e-commerce sites, we provide advice on current regulations, ensuring that the
online sales platform is compliant and functional. E-commerce represents the present and future of sales, and we are ready
to support customers at every stage, offering solutions that comply with both Italian regulations and international requirements.
Software
We have been developing web projects for some time, convinced that the current and future trend will be increasingly integrated and interconnected.
Over the last ten years, we have created numerous proprietary projects that we market, as well as other tailor-made solutions for
our customers. Our expertise includes product configurators, operational management systems, remote control software, and
tools for integration in compliance with Industry 4.0 regulations.

The experience gained in over 20 years of web design is available to support
