Who/What
The CTP Division is dedicated to plate engraving, color calibration and profiling, certified color proofs,
and digital printing, ensuring flawless color reproduction.
Know How
To deliver superior performance, we use the Kodak Trendsetter 800 Quantum CTP system with SQUAREspot technology
for precise and reliable engraving. Our workflow, managed through Kodak Prinergy and optimized by the Print Factory system,
guarantees color normalization and the quality of the final result.
Task: What services do we offer?
Engraving Plates
We guarantee fast start-ups, perfect color balance, and alignment with color proofs thanks to the use of
KODAK ELECTRA XD thermal plates, capable of producing up to 500,000 copies without thermal hardening. These plates
support high-resolution exposure, offering excellent uniformity and print quality.
Offset printing color profiling service
We optimize the color profile of printing machines to ensure maximum performance
and reduce waste of time and materials, while improving the overall quality of production.
Digital printing
Our digital printing is ideal for short runs, ensuring high quality for products such as business cards,
stickers, brochures, and bound volumes.
Color tests
We carry out FOGRA 39 and 51 certified color tests for coated paper and FOGRA 47 and 52 for uncoated paper, even on
paper supplied by the customer.
