Mission
We develop mobile and web applications that bring our customers’ and partners’ ideas to life, even starting from
a simple and basic suggestion. Each project is designed to respond to real needs, with the aim of offering innovative, functional, and scalable solutions.
Vision
From design to publication or installation, our philosophy is based on three key concepts: stability,
ease of use, and high performance. We firmly believe that an app should be flawless, developed natively
whenever possible, with an attractive and intuitive graphical interface that assists the user and interacts with them smoothly,
without complications. Our approach aims to ensure flawless user experiences, capable of supporting the most complex needs
efficiently.
Who/What
The design and development of mobile and web applications is one of the specializations of our ITC Division,
led by Angelo Spazzoli and Alex Timoncini. With their experience and our solid team of collaborators, we approach
every project with competence and passion.
Know How
Over the years, many of the projects developed by Over Cover Scriba have received recognition and awards for their
level of innovation, becoming true benchmarks in their respective sectors. We specialize in the design
and implementation of applications for a wide range of fields and activities. We work closely with our clients to
ensure that every solution we propose is targeted, high-performing, and compliant with the highest standards.
Task: What services do we offer?
Web App
Web apps are essential for optimizing business management and improving employee productivity.
They are also increasingly used to make users’ daily lives easier, enabling online bookings, purchases, and information searches.
Thanks to our experience and our extensive database of already developed solutions, we can
launch projects quickly, combining high performance with ease of use.
Native iOS and Android apps
We have been developing apps for iOS and Android since 2011. However, the growing preference for web apps, which
offer comparable performance at lower costs, has led to a reduction in demand for native apps. Web apps,
in fact, have the great advantage of being accessible on any device and operating system, making them more
flexible and convenient solutions than traditional native apps.
